• education and training (personnel training and business education);
• documents translation;
• business legal support and assistance;
• business traveling and children tourism and entertainment;
• publishing and advertisement
Additional services for new enterprises:
-complete registration and legalization;
-accounting and audit;
-education and upgrade of employees
-assistance in bidding for and performing government projects/states orders;
-small financial assistance in a kind of credit or lending money (from 25 000 to 250 000 RR) to entrepreneurs in retail, service(including brokerage)or small manufacturing business, including farm product processing, that are limited in basic capital yet show the proven potential in grow and development of assets and profits
CORE ACTIVITIES AND OBJECTIVES OF CCI OF KRONSHTADT FOR THE YEAR OF 2006
1.ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF ENTREPRENERSHIP AND PROTECTION OF IT’S INTERESTS :
- participation in the work of the Committee for economic and social development and other Committees by Kronshtadt regional Administration;
- active involvement into legislation at the level of ZAGS Municipal Council to create favorable and stable legal environment for all kinds of business and entrepreneurs in Kronshtadt region;
- further development of liaisons with Administrations of St. Petersburg, Kronshtadt region and Municipal Council of Kronshtadt for promoting policies aimed to the progress of entrepreneurship;
- taking active part in the work of Coordinating Council of Public organizations by Administration of Kronshtadt region, Public Council by St.Peterburg Governor and Public Committee by the Representative of The President of The Russian Federation in North-West region for improving public relationship and promotion of interests of CCI of Kronshtadt members;
- participation in activities of the Committee for small business at the Administration of Kronshtadt region;
- establishment and increasing cooperation with associations, unions and other public societies for dealing with actual entrepreneurship issues;
- taking part in public regional and local events touching upon entrepreneurship problems;
- provision of information and consulting for members of the Chamber, especially in small business on current requirements and opportunities of modern business;
- supply our members with reference books and other materials on business legislation, financial and economical policies of enterprises , tax problems.
2. Membership Growing and Increasing the role of CCI of Kronshtadt in business community:
- work-out the plan promoting the grow of membership with CCI of Kronshtadt;
- improve liaisons with the community by promoting goals and objectives of Chamber of Commerce and benefits of the membership;
-involve top management of enterprises and organizations of Kronshtadt into economic and social problem solving, bring the results to the attention of the Administration of Kronshtadt region and Municipal council and address them in Chamber’s own Newspaper “Kotlin”;
- promote services of CCI of Kronshtadt;
- arrange meetings and other events with various associations, unions and societies for exchanging information and experience.
3. Expansion of services aimed at complex business development in Kronshtadt:
- collect and analyze the feedback on the satisfaction with the services from the Chambers members and clients and the requirements of new services or improvements;
- improvement of services of The Chamber;
- providing information and consulting in legal, business, commercial matter for promoting products and services of Chambers members and clients to Russian and Foreign markets;
- assistance for enterprises and organizations of the town in foreign trade and connection to foreign market, participation in programs promoting Russian export abroad.
- seek connection with Russian and Foreign Chambers of Commerce, business associations, entrepreneurs unions. Arrange meetings, trade sessions, participate in exhibitions to promote local business into foreign market ;
- development of modern kinds of expertise, improvement of consulting translating and other services related to export/import activities;
-Development of services in finance and credit of small and mid-size business.
The Chamber of Commerce of Kronshtadt is consistently looking for changes to adopt new environment and conditions of business in Russian Federation to be more effective and supportive to its members.
Core activities, Goals and Objectives of CCI of Kronstadt is the subject of annual plan accepted by the board of directors with the approval of all members and in compliance with major tasks of other regional Chambers of Commerce for active cooperation with them and other organizations.
